As chiropractors, we’re always on the lookout for ways to improve our practice and deliver better care to our patients. Recently, I had the pleasure of attending the Koch Seminar, and I can’t recommend it enough. Held in sunny Florida, this seminar was not only educational but also incredibly enjoyable. Here’s a rundown of my experience and why you should consider attending the next one.
Seminar Experience
The Koch Seminar took place in Dr. Koch’s working office, which was temporarily closed for the event. The wonderful location in sunny Florida set a perfect backdrop for learning and relaxation. The informal atmosphere fostered interaction and encouraged questions, making it an engaging and dynamic experience.
Dr. Koch’s wife played a crucial role in the seminar, pointing out varying protocols and observations that added depth to the learning experience. This aspect made it particularly great for bringing along your spouse or partner, as they can also gain valuable insights and enjoy the experience.
Key Takeaways and Techniques
One of the most significant benefits of the seminar was gaining new perspectives on practice life. Dr. Koch shared strategies for cutting costs and making your practice more relaxed, which can help improve both patient and practitioner satisfaction.
I was introduced to some new techniques and variations that have already started to make a difference in my practice. I particularly appreciated Dr. Koch’s occipital technique, which I now prefer over my own. He also teaches excellent instrument-assisted and manual adjustments that cover the whole spine, shoulders, knees, feet, and hips.
Value for Money
In terms of value for money, the Koch Seminar is outstanding. The seminar is affordable, and the wealth of knowledge and practical skills you gain is worth every penny. Not only was the seminar educational, but it was also a lot of fun. Dr. Koch managed to get me out of pain straight away after I had traveled from Oregon and driven a long way, struggling to get out of the car. He fixed it in just five minutes.
One especially moving moment was after a Vibracussor instrument-assisted adjustment of the jaw when a female participant was in tears because she realised she no longer had tinnitus. The joy she felt was real and incredibly touching.
Conclusion
If you’re a chiropractor looking to enhance your skills and improve your practice, I strongly recommend attending the Koch Seminar. It offers a unique blend of education, practical techniques, and personal interaction that is truly unparalleled. Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to learn from one of the best in the field.
